a launchpad, severed like a deed
Every pool, cut in two.
Half can never leave.
A mediaeval indenture was written once and cut apart on a jagged line; only the two halves rejoined proved the deal. Moiety cuts every launch the same way: one half of the liquidity into the chest — held by a contract with no code to release it — and one half in the maker's hand, under a wallet this page names. No hidden split, no story that lives only in the contract.
This indenture witnesseth
Four clauses, each of them enforced by the contract rather than recited by the site.
The launch is the cut.
One transaction deploys the coin, opens its Uniswap v4 pool at a 1.85 ETH market cap, and seats the entire billion-coin corpus as two LP positions of identical liquidity over the identical range. There is no code path that mints the pool any other way.
The chest moiety can never leave.
The first half is minted to the launchpad contract itself. That contract has no owner, no transfer, no approve, no withdraw — no function that touches a position, full stop. Half the pool stays under every coin forever, not because anyone promises, but because no instruction exists that could move it.
The hand moiety is the maker's, and says so.
The second half is minted to the steward — the named wallet below. It can be pulled, added to, passed on, or locked in the Muniment. That is the deal, written here in plain sight; watch that wallet, not this website.
The quitrent is the only fee.
Each coin names a quitrent of 0.5–3% of every swap's ETH side, taken by the pool's own hook and held inside Uniswap until drawn: 85% to the coin's maker, 15% to the house purse. No tax on transfers, no pause, no blocklist, ownership renounced in the constructor.
The ledger
Read from the chain as this page loads, through the Indenture's own list. Each bar is one pool's two halves.
The addresses
Everything verified on Sourcify, source published. A pool opens at tick 201091; the house coin pays a quitrent of 1.5%.
Severing a coin here is permissionless: bring a name, a symbol, a metadata URI and a quitrent between 0.5% and 3% to Indenture.sever(), and the contract cuts your pool exactly as it cuts Moiety's own. Know the one asymmetry before you do: the chest half locks in the Indenture, but the hand half of every deed — yours included — is minted to the steward named above, not to you. What severing earns you is the freeholder's tin: 85% of your coin's quitrent, drawable only by your wallet. Read the source before you sever.
